On 30 May, FEMACCA President Datuk Lum Kim Soong with nearly 60 senior leaders from various industry associations, held a dialogue with Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia Yb Dr Ong Kian Ming. We had compiled the issues faced by each industry and reported them to the Deputy Minister. These issues include improving the country's business and industrial ecosystem, implementing Industry 4.0 revolution, creating high-skilled employment opportunities, enhancing the labor market and wages, and increasing research and development funding. A memorandum was also submitted to the Deputy Minister.
